Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard orders are delivered across India within 4–8 business days. Prepaid orders ship on priority and usually arrive in 2–4 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email once your order ships.
Q: Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes. COD is available across India. You can also pay online (UPI, cards, net banking, and wallets), and prepaid orders get priority shipping plus any current prepaid discount.
Q: How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, we email you a tracking number and link. You can use it to follow your package until it's delivered.
Q: What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. To start a return, email support@ad2buy.com. (Note: for hygiene reasons, personal care items can't be returned once opened.)
Q: What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Contact us at support@ad2buy.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
